Holland Property Investment (HPI) is a housing-focused institutional investment manager that is focused on providing exceptional service and returns to its clients.  HPI, which was formed in 2021, currently manages a separate account and is marketing its first investment vehicle, HPI Series I.  Through its sister company, Holland Partner Group, HPI is able to provide an array of vertically integrated services including property management, development and construction.
