HK Organization

HK Organization was founded by Harry Kotowitz and Howard Klaus, who each have more than 30 years of experience in the industry. Together, they have built several million square feet of residential, commercial and industrial space, which includes the creation of thousands of low and middle-income housing units in partnership with various government agencies and non-profit organizations. HK has continued to focus on emerging markets, consistently identifying pioneering projects that revitalize and enhance neighborhoods and communities.
