Highpointe Communities was established in 1997 by the team of Steve Vliss, Steve Ludwig, and Tim England. Together they possess more than eight decades of commercial real estate experience that covers all aspects of a successful development: acquisition, finance, project management, and disposition. Early on, they were able to establish Highpointe Communities as a results-oriented, community-focused real estate development organization. Since its founding, Highpointe has created more than thirty residential communities consisting of nearly ten-thousand home sites along with commercial, retail and apartment projects and has successfully endured market fluctuations of the recent recession, emerging as a well-poised leader in transforming troubled developments into successful projects and revitalizing the growth of local economies. Highpointe’s team of industry professionals can process and manage any real estate development project from start to finish throughout all aspects of a project. Our team possesses expertise in the following areas: Land Acquisition, Marketable Land Plans, Project Management, Financial Reporting and Planning, Project Administration, Project Positioning, Infrastructure Improvements, and Project Sales and Marketing. Since its inception, Highpointe has successfully acquired, developed, managed, or sold over 12,000 residential lots as well as apartments, offices, and retail projects. These projects range from the entitlement and sale of undeveloped land to the development and sale of “ready to go” lots, and are located throughout Southern California.
