Hemstreet Development Corp. is a commercial real estate development and property management company originally from the Pacific Northwest and now in North Scottsdale, Arizona. Established in 1975 our company has successfully designed, constructed, and managed a diverse portfolio of properties in Oregon, Washington, California, Montana, Nevada, Arizona, Idaho, North Carolina, and Alabama. These include residential sub-divisions at many price levels, senior living communities, motels, hotel and resort properties (both non-franchised and franchised), condominiums, apartment homes, self-storage facilities, office buildings, and retail shopping centers.

We are involved in all aspects of development, from original site acquisition, planning and design, entitlements, financing, construction and leasing, and full-service property management. Once our team has completed the construction phase, it is then turned over to our Property Management Division to be managed within our own portfolio. We take pride in the fact that all our properties are continually reviewed for any maintenance or remodel needs to maintain their value in the marketplace.
