Healey Weatherholtz Properties

Quill Healey and Eric Weatherholtz co-founded HWP in 2006 with the simple idea that creating alive and vivid places make neighborhoods better, and when neighborhoods are better, everyone benefits. Our roots date to the 1896 construction of downtown Atlanta’s original Healey Building. We’ve learned that over the long haul, simple little things compound into good big things and everybody wins. HWP projects have been the recipient of the Urban Land Institute’s Development of Excellence Award, ICSC’s Design and Development Gold Award, and GlobeSt.com’s ADAPT award for “best economic restoration of a neighborhood’s former glory”.
