Harsch Investment Properties was founded by Harold Schnitzer in 1950 when he converted an old warehouse into an office building. Today, his son, Jordan, serves as president of the company, directing its long-term strategy. Harsch cultivates diverse, well-located properties positioned for long-term growth. We own and operate more than 150 properties in Oregon, Washington, California, Nevada, Arizona and Utah.
