These are only a few of the properties we have invested in, developed, or managed over the years. We’re trusted by a select group of private investors to organize and manage real estate investment opportunities on their behalf. Over the years, our portfolio has become diversified by asset type and geography, with a concentration of assets in the San Francisco Bay Area, the Pacific Northwest, the Great Lakes Region and the South Central United States. This diversification allows us to move investor equity across asset classes and between market areas, to meet various financial objectives. We have completed over 2.5 million square feet of real estate construction projects. From adaptive re-use of existing properties to ground up development projects, our Design and Construction Group manages all activities surrounding our investments under development. We have over forty-five years of experience managing properties on behalf of both individual and institutional clients. We provide a broad scope of property management and consulting services to our clients with a personal approach to maximizing cash flow, long term equity growth, and the physical integrity and enhancement of the asset.
