Hakimi Capital seeks to acquire retail, mixed-use, office, and other commercial properties in all types of markets with the potential for significant increase in cash flow and residual value. As a privately owned company, Hakimi Capital has the ability to respond quickly to new opportunities to facilitate its goal of significantly increasing the size and quality of its portfolio. Hakimi Capital's established relationships with lenders and investors allow it to acquire properties with minimal purchase contingencies. We focus on acquiring: (1) value-add properties where repositioning and/or leasing-up would yield some unrealized value; and (2) stabilized properties with 10% and higher capitalization rates.
