As H.G. Fenton Company continues to grow and evolve, we keep a proper perspective by taking a look at the long path that has lead to our success. From humble beginnings and hard work, Henry Gilbert Fenton was able to form H.G. Fenton Contract Company in 1906. From there, the company continually reinvented itself, now flourishing as one of the region’s largest real estate organizations serving businesses and residents. At H.G. Fenton Company, our purpose is clear: Create lifestyle opportunities where Employees Flourish, Residents Live Well, Businesses Succeed. We’ve been doing it for over 100 years, and we plan to do it for 100 more. Henry G. Fenton founded the company on a core set of guiding principles—ideas that served as the cornerstone of all that we do. Along the way, we built upon those principles, adding new ones and honing our vision. As we move forward, we will continue to develop our beliefs, improving the way we do business and preserving the long-standing relationship with the community of San Diego.
