Green Bear Capital is a commercial real estate finance advisory and investment firm founded in 2006. Green Bear is headquartered in Florida, with additional offices in Chicago and North Carolina. We have been an advisory firm for Real Estate owners and developers on over a billion dollars in transactions and it’s two main Principals have been in involved in real estate finance for over 60 years combined. In recent years, Green Bear has also added a network of Real Estate developers that it partners with to provide investment vehicles that provide either steady cash- flowing returns or opportunistic investments that deliver high internal rate of returns while managing downside risk. Green Bear clients benefit from our long-standing relationships with traditional and non-traditional lenders and equity providers, including local, regional and national banks, conduit lenders, agency lenders, mortgage REITs, life companies, credit unions and private equity funds. Our seasoned management team is composed of proven industry veterans, all of whom have over 25 years of real estate finance experience. Green Bear has also been very successful in being able to structure joint ventures for clients that needed additional help including balance sheet and liquidity requirements and expertise. We have been able to get projects completed by pairing property owners with other owner/developers in order to meet financing requirements. Green Bear Capital specializes in identifying the most compatible and accretive capital alternatives for any real estate acquisition or recapitalization. We have completed multiple creative equity structures throughout our history ranging in capital commitments from $1 million to more than $100 million. Green Bear Capital is now working with trusted real estate clients to be partners in both General and Limited Partnership structures that meet our investing strategy and due diligence requirements. Our goal is to work with groups that we have longstanding relationships with in order to use best in class investment platforms in order to deliver returns to our investors which includes high net worth, family office and institutional investors depending on the individual project.
