Grand Pacific is an established, well-capitalized direct lender to the real estate markets. Being very selective about the loans which we write, controlling overhead and minimizing unnecessary costs allows us to provide the highest approval rating with the most economical lending packages to our clients.

Grand Pacific Financing Corp. was formed in 1983 to provide financing to small and medium sized businesses. Initially located in Los Angeles, it opened a San Francisco office in 1987.  Following a business model that prioritized smaller loans to local businesses and long term relationships, Grand Pacific Financing Corp. has grown continuously to become a major player in commercial lending.
