Founded in 2014, Gotham Asset, LLC is a New-York-based private real estate owner, investor, and operator focused on the acquisition and redevelopment of commercial and residential properties across select U.S. markets. Gotham combines a conservative investment culture with a creative and entrepreneurial approach to investing. The Company seeks value creation through selective acquisitions, disciplined operating principals, hands-on property repositioning, and focused asset management.   Gotham is led by a team of industry professionals with extensive experience in real estate transactions, operations, and investment management.
