Glenborough is a private real estate investment management company. We are focused on creating successful investment strategies, based on our research and our experience. Glenborough LLC is a full-service real estate investment and management company focused on the acquisition, management, leasing and redevelopment of quality real estate. The Company is experienced in a variety of property types, including retail, office, industrial, and multi-family residential and has operated in over 36 markets nationwide. Between 1996 and 2006, Glenborough was organized as a real estate investment trust and traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “GLB”. As a public REIT, the Company generated a 15.9% compounded annual IRR to shareholders as compared to 11.2% for the NAREIT Equity Index over the same 11-year period. In 2006, Glenborough Realty Trust, sold itself to a Morgan Stanley controlled real estate fund. In 2010, the Glenborough, LLC entity and a select group of assets were reacquired by Andrew Batinovich, the Company’s CEO, and a private investor group.
