Gill Environmental, LLC (GEI) was formed in January 2008 to provide focused, client-oriented consulting for environmental issues facing owners, operators, managers, developers, lenders, and insurers of real property in the western United States. GEI is a professional environmental consulting firm carrying substantial professional, pollution, and general liability insurance. Principal and founder, Bill Gill, has been active in the environmental consulting market for over 30 years with projects across the western United States. Clients include real estate investors and developers, commercial lenders, property management companies, environmental insurance companies, oil companies, and various other private and public sector interests.
