Georgia Capital is a privately held real estate investment and development company that was founded in 2006 in Atlanta, GA. With a commitment to long term relationships, we make residential real estate investments on behalf of the firm’s principals and co-investment capital partners.

Our affiliation with the Paran Companies; a multi-faceted residential real estate company that specializes in homebuilding, allows us to be vertically integrated and creates risk adjusted returns for our investors.

Together with the Paran Companies, we have funded over $500 million of debt and equity transactions during the last decade. Today, we continue to capitalize on opportunistic investments throughout the Southeast that deliver profitable outcomes.
