Garden Homes

Garden Homes was established in 1954. Originally formed for the purpose of constructing single family homes in New Jersey, the company then successfully ventured into the development of apartment complexes with Garden Communities and eventually formed its commercial division, Garden Commercial Properties, for the purposes of developing and building shopping centers and office buildings.

Garden Commercial owns and manages in excess of 25 million square feet of retail and office space, which ranks in the Top 20 in the US, according to leading industry surveys. While New Jersey continues to be the base of operations, residential and commercial properties have and continue to be developed throughout the Northeast including New York, Connecticut, Maryland, Rhode Island as well as in many other states throughout the country including California and Florida.
