Gamma Real Estate is a boutique commercial real estate firm based in New York City. The firm runs three operations – Gamma Lending, Gamma Multifamily, and Gamma Development. Owned and operated by the Kalikow family, Gamma Real Estate boasts a forty-five year history of success as both lenders and owners of commercial real estate. Gamma Multifamily and its wholly-owned predecessors have owned and developed more than 25,000 residential units since the 1970’s. Our portfolio today spans across the southeastern United States and includes over 4,400 units. We purchase undercapitalized or mismanaged properties below replacement cost in submarkets with strong demographic trends. Gamma Lending specializes in direct loans for commercial real estate assets throughout the United States, offering borrowers accelerated processing and certainty of execution. To date, Gamma and its wholly-owned predecessors have funded and serviced several billion in real estate debt across hundreds of loans.
