G2 Capital Development

G2 Capital Development (“G2”) is a privately owned commercial real estate company that provides a wide range of services including capital placement, development of commercial and residential assets, landowner solutions, investment, brokerage and management of real assets in the Western United States. Founded by Frank Marretti, G2 Capital Development acquires, develops and owns commercial property in every sector.

G2 Capital Development has a track record of success due to many of our long-term relationships and devotion to the process. In 2019, G2 received the NAIOP Spotlight Award for “Trendsetter Firm of the Year”.

Our team recently developed a mixed-use building as well as a parking garage and police headquarters for UNLV across from Greenspun Hall on Maryland Parkway. The building includes first floor retail, UNLV administrative offices on the second and third floors, luxury studio apartments on fourth through seventh floors and a rooftop pool deck with spectacular views of the Las Vegas Strip. In 2020, the project received the NAIOP Spotlight Award for Mixed Use Development.
