Our Story: Founded in 1994 by James Frost and Guy Chaddock, Frost/Chaddock Developers, LLC develops and manages residential and mixed-use commercial properties located throughout greater Los Angeles. Through its affiliate, FCD Construction, Inc., Frost/Chaddock is also the general contractor of its sponsored projects. Since its founding, Frost/Chaddock has built, repositioned, remodeled, re-developed, leased, managed, or re-sold everything from luxury, single-family homes to large multifamily, institutional-quality complexes. It currently owns and manages a multifamily and mixed-use portfolio valued at $150 million, and has over 500 units in its new-development pipeline.
