Franklin Mortgage Holdings, Inc. is a Florida Licensed Mortgage Lender (NMLS#154717) that’s been in business since 2016 with head offices in Aventura, Florida, and a satellite office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Our business model incorporates:

(a) the origination and in-house processing of Non-Agency/ Non-QM residential and investment property loans (Brokerage); and

(b) in-house underwriting, structuring, funding, and warehousing of business purpose bridge loans secured by residential and commercial assets (Direct Lending)

Our team of highly skilled and seasoned professionals uses its extensive experience to identify channels that provide for the highest rate of success with the closing of each loan. This allows us to offer rapid turnaround times, as well as uncommon flexibility in structuring terms.

We at Franklin Mortgage Holdings, Inc. recognize that the mortgage industry is not all black and white, and it is all up-to a smart underwriting to make it work. On a residential side, we have built strategic partnerships with the nation’s largest non-QM wholesale lenders. Our underwriters speak the same language as our non-QM lending partners, allowing us to address the regulatory rules that may limit our loan applicants’ access to lending and in the process minimize or eliminate the need for unnecessary documents that are not essential for the underwriting decision.

On the bridge lending side, we understand that time is money, and opportunities don’t wait for the availability of funds. Whether it is a credit deficiency, lack of documentation, or the property condition that is preventing the deal from closing, our bridge loan products that are based on asset-based lending principles are designed to provide for successful and time-sensitive closings. Our loan applicants are typically quick-moving individuals who are self-employed or owners of businesses, developers and/or purchasers of revenue-generating properties, and/or foreign purchasers of U.S. real estate.
