Founded in 2005, Four Corners Properties ("FCP") is an established local investor, developer, and operator who has invested approximately a billion dollars in opportunistic real estate across approximately 50 assets and 4.1 million square feet since 2005. FCP is focused on Value-Add, Urban Infill Development and Redevelopment of Commercial Properties in Northern California. FCP employs a disciplined, value-driven real estate investment strategy, acquiring assets and deploying capital strategically for maximum benefit. FCP is focused on acquiring undervalued and under-performing assets well below replacement cost. FCP invests in assets with hidden value due to complex ownership structures, property mismanagement, over-leverage and/or lack of required investment capital. FCP capitalizes assets prudently and flexibly, generating value through recapitalization, rehabilitation, repositioning and/or releasing.
