Foundation Capital Partners, founded in 2018 and headquartered in New York City with an office in Miami, is a private real estate investment management firm focused on achieving opportunistic returns. The firm pursues a special situations strategy dedicated to real estate across the United States. All of the firm's opportunities fall within its three themed investment approach: Distressed, Event-Driven or Disruptive. FCP will pursue equity and credit opportunities within its investment mandate across the private US real estate market.

FCP will joint venture with operating partners as an equity capital provider for opportunities meeting its investment criteria.
