Emerald Bay Equity is focused on the redevelopment of under-utilized real estate to enhance our communities. Along with our investor partners, we have redeveloped sites throughout the western USA, bringing these properties into productive service for our tenants, neighbors and communities. We strive to fit our projects into local neighborhoods and are proud of the results, especially in the upper Queen Anne and Roosevelt neighborhoods of Seattle.
