Ellicott Development Company is a multi-faceted, fully integrated Property Management, Leasing and Development Firm with the "In-House" capacity to provide administrative, financial, management, accounting, development, site selection, site assemblage, architectural design and drafting services, construction, leasing, maintenance, janitorial and security services.

Our investment in real estate properties has fueled our knowledge of the development process and working relationships with local municipalities. Over the years, our developments have led us to expand our property developments throughout Niagara, Upstate New York and into Western Pennsylvania. At present, our team is responsible for the management of over 5,000,000 sf of office space in Downtown Buffalo and surrounding counties, over 1,500,000 sf of retail space throughout New York and Western Pennsylvania, and over 1,500,000 sf of hotel, residential apartments, condominiums and town-homes in the Buffalo/Niagara region.
