Established in March 2004 to spearhead the expansion of the New York’s El Ad Group companies into the Southeastern United States, El-Ad National Properties has expanded rapidly during its relatively brief history, particularly in Florida.

El-Ad National currently has a substantial presence in 10 states and has amassed a well-diversified portfolio of multi-family and garden-style properties. Acquired from national REITs and real estate developers, its portfolio consists of more than 12,000 units in rental communities that offer their residents a sense of home and community. Through a joint venture, El-Ad National Properties also controls Element National Management, a property management company.
