Since 2000, REIG has acquired interests in more than 420 properties at a total gross asset value of over $12 billion. These investments were located in major markets throughout the United States and included more than 70,000 multifamily units, and 40 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties. Since inception, REIG has also completed dispositions of interests in investments of $5 billion.

The REIG management team has deep industry experience along with a broad network of relationships with public and private investors, lenders and brokers. These industry resources are combined with the broad research and capital markets capabilities of the larger Eaton Vance franchise to serve our clients’ investment needs.
