DTH Capital

DTH Capital is an experienced developer and owner of real estate focused on the conversion of historic office properties into residential apartments in New York City. DTH Capital was initially formed with the US real estate assets of Eastbridge Group, a family holding company based in Luxembourg. In 2013 Eastbridge Group partnered with Belgian operated AG Real Estate, which is owned by AGEAS a publicly traded Belgium insurance company and BNP Paribas, one of the largest European banks.

 

As the majority owner, DTH developed and managed a 2.6 million square feet apartment rental portfolio comprising four landmark properties (2,218 apartments) in and around the Wall Street area of Manhattan:

67 Wall Street (sold)

 

DTH’s portfolio currently consists of 1,379 apartments and 164 hotel rooms in Lower Manhattan.
