DRA Advisors is a registered investment advisor specializing in real estate investment and management services for institutional and private investors. As of 6/30/23, our team has approximately $13.6 billion in gross AuM. Since 1986, DRA's focus has been consistent: conservative, value-added real estate investments in US office, retail, multi-family and industrial.

DRA's acquisitions since inception include 2000 properties valued at approximately $39 billion.

As of December 2023, DRA's funds own 620 properties in 34 states: Office (17 states, 92 properties, 17.6 MSF), Industrial (28 states, 409 properties, 60 MSF), Retail (20 states, 78 properties, 12.7 MSF), and Multifamily (13 states, 41 properties, 16,842 units).
