DRA Advisors is an investment advisor specializing in real estate investment and management services for institutional and private investors. DRA has $11.2 billion (12/20) in AuM. Since 1986, DRA's focus has been consistent: conservative, value-added real estate investments in US office, retail, multi-family and industrial.

DRA's acquisitions since inception include 1,800 properties valued at over $34 billion. As of April 2021, DRA's funds own 555 properties in 35 states: Office (16 states, 89 properties, 15.6 MSF), Industrial (28 states, 301 properties, 54.2 MSF), Retail (28 states, 130 properties, 21.8 MSF), and Multifamily (15 states, 35 properties, 12,511 units).
