Donohoe Development Company is the development arm of The Donohoe Companies. Over six decades ago, we began a tradition of quality real estate development in the DC metro region. We were one of the first developers to see the potential of vibrant, mixed-use projects that unite office, residential, retail, and other uses. Our vision has helped to shape neighborhoods with core projects such as Georgetown Park and Chevy Chase Pavilion.

Our projects span office, hotel, retail, industrial, residential, and embassy properties in the Washington, DC region. We develop projects in walkable, transit-oriented, and amenity-rich locations. From design to funding to construction, we're moving forward with our newest projects, transforming communities in Bethesda, Maryland's Woodmont Triangle, Capitol Riverfront in Washington, DC, and Clarendon in Arlington, Virginia.
