Dome Equities, LLC is a New York based, private equity real estate investment firm specializing in core+, value-add, and opportunistic strategies in U.S. Real Estate with a current focus on multifamily and single-family rental properties. Our mission is to deliver investment opportunities that provide strong, stable current returns while generating long-term capital appreciation.

Dome and its predecessor entities have a multifamily track record of 23 years. Beginning with its first investments in 1999, through to 2022, members of senior management have demonstrated an ability to execute a focused multifamily investment strategy, in which Dome and its predecessor entities have invested $866 million in equity through 95 property investments with a total capitalization cost of over $3.4 billion.
