Over the past two decades, Dilweg has acquired more than $1.34 billion in asset value and more than 11.1 million square feet throughout the Southeast. In recent years, we’ve been deliberate about shedding nonstrategic assets and concentrating acquisitions on Class-A office buildings in the Atlanta, Charlotte, Tampa, Dallas and Raleigh-Durham metros.

In the process, we’ve firmly established ourselves as a high-quality investor and operator of opportunistic and value-added middle-market ($15 million -$100 million) office assets. Dilweg’s portfolio consists of more than 21 properties and 5.6 million square feet throughout North Carolina, Florida, Georgia and Texas. The firm’s portfolio includes Class A & Class B office, flex, mixed-use and warehouse properties.
