Dhunna Capital has over 26 years experience and has lended over $100mm in private equity. We have identified multi-family units that fit within our due diligence strategy – focused on both Florida and Texas markets.

Dhunna Capital will be using a mix of Personal, Private, Investor and Institutional funds to acquire multifamily properties throughout the US.

Our structure will be a 506(c) using accredited investors to target cash returns for income producing properties with monthly distributions. Dhunna Capital is looking for value-add opportunities to use our management experience to bring these properties to higher market rents and better conditions for it’s tentants.
