DH Property Holdings is a Manhattan based real estate investment and asset management firm with an extensive track record acquiring underperforming assets. Founded and led by Dov Hertz in November of 2016, DHPH has acquired over $1.5 billion of properties throughout the Northeast. Currently, DHPH is developing approximately 3.5 million square feet of class A Industrial Distribution Facilities in the Northeast including the first multi-story last-mile distribution center on the East Coast.
