Al’s tried and true passion for commercial real estate allowed him to grow from a one-man shop (with the help of his wife Barbara operating as secretary and occasional help from each of their five children) having just purchased his first building, to accumulating over 2 million square feet throughout the East Coast, with special focus in Palm Beach County, Florida, North Carolina, and Connecticut. Having weathered the nationwide financial storms and even more literal tropical storms in South Florida with flexibility and vigor, The David Associates has become a beacon of resilience and strength in the commercial real estate industry.
