Our current portfolio has more than 2.5 Million square feet of Gross Leasable Area. Our current projects will add more than 1.5 Million square feet of GLA in the next 5 years. Our history began in the early eighties with the acquisition of existing shopping centers. Since then our team of professionals have successfully evolved in all areas of commercial real estate. We identify, acquire and develop our properties as well as handle all aspects of developing, redeveloping, leasing, maintenance and management of all our assets in house. We develop and take care of our assets with one thing in mind – the long term. It is with great pride and satisfaction in our properties that we endeavor to retain our assets for as long as possible. The main goal in all of our strategies is to keep that vision alive.
