Founded in 1982, Crown Properties is a privately held real estate organization based in New York City. Crown employs opportunistic strategies to invest in quality assets throughout the United States. We employ a proactive, conservative and hands-on management approach. In 2010 Crown Properties created a comprehensive asset management division. Crown’s proven approach to management incorporates vertical integration, standardization, technology and audit quality back office operations. Crown Properties’ mission is to selectively invest in and improve Class A and B office properties, nationwide.
