Cress Capital was founded in 2012 by Ryan Parkin to formalize his entrepreneurial real estate endeavors. Originally providing consulting, advisory and sourcing services to a respected roster of institutional organizations, Cress transitioned to principal investing in 2014.

The rapid ebb and flow of the capital markets often ignores underlying real estate fundamentals and economic prospects creating highly attractive niche investment opportunities. We are contrarians who focus on these overlooked and often mispriced opportunities.
