Corsair Ventures is headquartered in Dallas, and specializing in real estate development in Texas. Corsair has extensive experience in the capital sourcing, design, and construction of multifamily and mixed use real estate. The company’s goal is to achieve superior financial returns for its partners, while providing a positive impact on the communities and people that it serves.

Prior to founding Corsair, David Gunderson and Stan Bradshaw partnered to lead an affiliated real estate investment fund, which remains active. Every member of the Corsair team brings a unique set of skills and expertise to our organization.
