Coretrust Capital Partners, LLC is a real estate investment firm focused on the acquisition and operation of large office properties in growth markets throughout the U.S. The company was founded in 2014 by three former partners of Thomas Properties Group, Inc. (NYSE: TPGI): Thomas Ricci, Randall Scott and John Sischo. Coretrust targets large, well-located, architecturally distinct office properties in leading US markets. Target properties are typically aging or poorly positioned. Coretrust has a successful track record of identifying, acquiring, and repositioning under-performing Class A/Trophy assets. Coretrust has grown from 400,000 SF in 2014 to approximately 4.0 MSF in 2021. Over the course of their careers, the Coretrust principals have acquired, managed and sold over $5 billion of institutional-grade assets.
