Founded in 2000 by Greg Altshuler, Colonnade Group has developed more than 1,200 residential apartments in New York and Miami, totaling approximately 1.7 Million square feet. The team has grown to include professionals experienced in all real estate asset types, and its principals have a combined experience exceeding 35 years and totaling more than $2 Billion of investment.

The company operates joint venture partnerships with institutions and high net worth individuals established to creatively unlock value in real property assets while maximizing both financial returns and design quality.
