Collier Enterprises, headquartered in Naples, Florida, manages a broad range of businesses engaged in real estate investment and development, agriculture and private equity investments. The company was established in 1976 under the leadership of Miles C. Collier, grandson of Barron Gift Collier.

We are dedicated to responsible long-range planning, stewardship and careful development of our lands in Southwest Florida, including our 22,000-acre Big Cypress Stewardship District in eastern Collier County and other properties in the area. Collier Enterprises is the developer of Collier's Reserve, The Old Collier Golf Club, Hamilton Harbor Yacht Club, and other distinguished projects. The company was founded in 1976 under the leadership of Miles C. Collier, grandson of Barron Gift Collier. Originally conceived as a real estate development firm, the company has diversified and grown significantly over the years. The 1980s saw the formation of Private Capital Management, an investment and asset management firm, which grew to nearly $9 billion in assets under management by 2001, when it was acquired by Legg Mason.

While much has changed over the years, the basic culture of Collier Enterprises remains the same: We are a private company.
