In 2016, City Club Apartments began its journey to redefine mixed-use multi-family living in central business districts of important cities world wide, identifying economic, demographic & attitudinal changes and a desire for flexible experiential living.

With a portfolio of approximately 8,500 apartments in 23 communities throughout the Midwest, $2 billion in real estate assets and $750 million under construction and development, City Club Apartments is expanding the brand in select major cities throughout the United States, with future expansion into Canada, Europe and Asia. Our business model is to exclusively develop & build brand new ground up hi-rise mixed-use communities along with historic office conversions, our current developments and lease-ups are located in downtown Detroit, Cincinnati, Chicago, Pittsburgh, Minneapolis, Kansas City, Louisville, Cleveland with expansion plans for the East Coast, South East and South West.
