Christopher Investment Company (CIC) is a commercial real estate company headquartered in Austin, Texas. CIC owns and operates First Class Retail and Multi-Family Properties in the Austin area. Christopher Investment Company developed, managed, and owned manufactured housing communities in Southeast Michigan. The company was founded by Gregory Christopher in 1976. CIC grew from 1 community with 96 home sites to 11 communities with over 4200 sites. After more than 30 years of success in the industry, CIC made the timely decision to sell all of its interests in Michigan and exchange them for Class A properties in Austin, Texas. t CIC our commercial real estate services are suited to handle the many varied and often complex issues faced by our clients.
