Chief Partners L.P. is a Dallas-based family office that selectively invests LP and GP capital in value-add and development opportunities alongside operating partners. Our diverse portfolio includes retail, office, industrial, medical office and multifamily properties.

Chief’s investment focus began in Texas and has since expanded to other states via relationships with current operating partners. Recently we have seen our investments grow amongst the Sun Belt states and the Pacific Northwest as we follow high job growth markets.

We seek new equity investment opportunities sized $4 to $10 million with a 2-5 year investment life to generate favorable risk-adjusted returns across industrial, office, conventional multifamily, retail, data center, senior and student housing property types. Chief is focused on joint venture investment opportunities that will create value through lease up, capital improvements, and creating operating efficiencies.
