We first partnered with Chartwell on a legacy parcel of land we owned that they developed into a dual branded hotel. Through that process I learned about Chartwell’s development and operational expertise, but more importantly I saw firsthand how they conducted business. Their team is focused on developing and acquiring successful hotels and doing it the right way. We have entrusted Chartwell with seven more hotel investments and look forward to a long and profitable business relationship.
