CapFund targets multifamily properties with good tenancy represented by millennial renters, located near major employment centers, public transportation, freeway access and essential services. These investments are held for medium to long-term capital appreciation while generating attractive cash-on-cash returns.

CapFund co-invests alongside its investors as both the Managing Member as well as a Member. A core investment principle of CapFund is to be financially aligned with its investors.

The primary focus of CapFund today is to acquire, reposition, and build a sizable portfolio of multifamily properties located in Los Angeles and Texas.
