Cannon Equities is an Atlanta-based full-service real estate firm with a primary focus on properties in major U.S. markets. The company seeks to invest, develop and provide real estate services to its investor clients in both the commercial and residential markets. Cannon principals have been involved with the development, acquisition or disposition, and operations of more than $2 billion in value of commercial and residential real estate.

Commercial activities focus on institutional grade office and mixed-use projects, ranging in size from 150,000 to over one million square feet. Neighborhood shopping centers between 10,000 and 200,000 square feet in size. Multi-Family developments and acquisitions in core US markets ranging in 100-400 units in size. Residential properties include multiple 100 to 500 lot subdivisions in select Southeastern US markets including Atlanta, Charlotte, and Charleston, as well as luxury custom homes in Atlanta, the north Georgia mountains, and the Gulf Coast of Florida.
