Buckingham Properties is a real estate developer and property management company located in Rochester, New York. Our diverse portfolio includes office, industrial, retail, and residential properties totaling ten million square feet, as well as 200+ acres of development land. As a leading real estate developer, Buckingham has completed several notable projects in the Greater Rochester region, including Tower280 at Midtown, Edge of the Wedge, and Buckingham Commons.

Buckingham Properties was co-founded in 1970 by Larry Glazer and Harold Samloff. Larry was a visionary who dared to venture where other real estate developers wouldn’t go – taking buildings apart, putting them back together – breathing new life into our city. Larry’s legacy lives on through his family and the Buckingham Team, who share his passion and commitment to the Rochester community.
