The principals of Brookside Equities have acquired over $300m of real estate and non-performing loans since 2008. We own and operate a portfolio of over 800 apartment units in multiple states across the USA. All of these are assets where we have seen significant increases in cash flows through substantial renovations and better management of the asset. We invest in all types of commercial real estate assets. Brookside Equities’ Small-Balance Preferred Equity program is intended to fill the market need for sponsors’ equity needs between $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Brookside can quickly provide reliable capital for sponsors looking to move beyond traditional friends and family capital raises, so they can focus on closing and operations.
