As both a senior and subordinate lender and investor, Broadshore invests across the capital stack to seek out relative value throughout the cycle. As an equity investor ourselves, we understand borrower issues and work to meet borrower needs in the context of creating value for our investors.

Through our loan origination platform, we have the ability to provide non-recourse, higher LTV senior and subordinate debt, where we can generate equity-like returns with equity subordination. We target all property types, including hotels and other specialty property types. Our special situations debt group targets the acquisition of performing, sub-performing and non-performing debt at a discount seeking out opportunities both in times of market calm as well as in times of more significant market dislocation.
